How do I place an order?

    Ordering at Sequence Lounge is easy. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase,check and choose your size and add them to ‘cart’, enter your shipping address and payment information by signing in or registering with us (incase you are a first time user). Delivery of your order will be within 7 working days of order/ time specified against the delivery period on the product page of payment. Registering with us gives you an option to have a look at your order history as well as delivery details. You can also choose to get updates from us on offer & discounts by subscribing to our Newsletters.

    If you need any assistance give us a call or write to us at sales@sequencelounge.com or simply fill in your query in the “Contact Us” form. We would love to take your order over phone, however the order confirmation process is by email only.

    How will my order be delivered to me? What would be the timeline for the same?

    Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep. We have partnered with Professional Couriers & Bluedart-DHL to ensure timely deliveries for India.The overseas shipping will be via Professional Couriers or  Government Registered SpeedPost depending on the speedy delivery option. Professional couriers take 4-6 working days  while Speedpost takes 7 working days to reach the US, but both are reliable.

    The cash on delivery (COD) option is for Chennai based clients only.

    Delivery of your order will be within 7 working days/ time specified against the delivery period of order and payment.

    How will I know if order is placed successfully?

    Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation by email from us. This mail will include all pertinent details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

    Do you undertake customised Designing ?

    Yes ! We do undertake customised designing for our clients. Please fill in the same in “Contact Us” form or write to us at sales@sequencelounge.com  We will share the Measurement card with you.

     What are the Payment Options?

    1. You can pay online via debit /credit card /net banking on our website
    2. You can make a DD in favour of “Sequence Lounge” and courier it to us.

    I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

      If you experience this, then we suggest you check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

      1. Net Banking 4-5 business days
      2. Debit Card 7-8 business days
      3. Credit Card 7-21 business days

       How do I check the status of my order?

      Progress of your order status will be updated to you via email at every step. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a text message with tracking details of your order. We advise customers to kindly check their spam folder as well, for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. You will also receive a special update from our team, in case of any unforeseen event which is likely to delay your order.

      I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

        You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

        Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

          In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@sequencelounge.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

          I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice? Will you gift wrap it?

            Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.             How does the Gift Voucher Option on the Site work?

            1. You love our collection but are confused what to choose for your loved one? Gift a Voucher of Sequence Lounge to them!
            2. We have fixed denominations for the Gift Vouchers (check the “Gift Voucher “ section) along with the option to add a personal message.
            3. Each voucher will have a unique code which can be redeemed only once.  You can choose to gift an online e-gift voucher or a physical copy. 
            4. The validity of the same would be 6months from the date of issue.

            Do you allow exchanges ?

              We offer exchange for our customers within 3 days of delivery. Please read up our “Terms & Conditions” for details.

              - Returns will be accepted only on manufacturing defects
              - Returns accepted within: 3 Days or receiving the shipment
              - Refund given as: Exchange/ Replacement. only
              - Return shipping paid by: Buyer
              - Additional return policy: The products with only manufacturing defects will be accepted by us as returned items. No other reasons will be taken into consideration for return of item. Also, the defect should be intimated to us by the buyer via e-mail (sales@sequencelounge.com and sequence.chennai@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receipt of item. Once we confirm the return item on mail, we will give a return address which can be returned.
              - The product has to be returned in original packing.

              Can my order be delivered internationally?

                Yes! Through our arrangement with DHL & Speed Post, we're happy to provide an enhanced international shipping experience for customers. International shoppers will also get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency (USD, Euros, Sterling Pounds & INR), guaranteed order totals provided by DHL cost-effective international shipping and much more.

                How will I know how much my order will cost?

                  The MRP’s mentioned along with each product is exclusive of Local (India) taxes and these will be added individually at the time of checkout in addition to overseas shipping charges (if option chosen) will be additional.

                  India Shipping is free for orders above INR 1000! For orders below INR1000 there is shipping charge of INR150/kg

                  For International Shipments – Sequence Lounge does bear any customs or additional taxes in your country
